International Buyer Program

During the past five years, the ADA has expanded its efforts to gain the participation of dental dealers and exhibitors from outside the U.S.A. The World Marketplace Exhibition name reflects the ADA's commitment to hosting a world-class meeting.
To further develop the international components of the ADA Annual Session, the ADA will once again participate in the International Buyer Program of the U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC) for the 2010 Annual Session in Orlando.

With hundreds of companies expected to participate in the Annual Session, buyers from all over the world will be kept very busy meeting with reputable U.S. suppliers. So far Brazil, El Salvador, Malaysia and Paraguay have announced plans to escort buyer delegations to Orlando and other USDOC posts around the world may soon follow suit.

The U.S. Commercial Service offices around the world can help you find U.S. suppliers before, during, and after the show; help arrange hotel and travel packages; assist with visa application procedures; and much more.

Join a U.S. Commercial Service organized buyer delegation and receive the following services:
  • Access to the International Trade Center where U.S. Commercial Service staff will offer expert assistance
  • Import/Export counseling
  • A free Export Interest Directory listing U.S. exhibitors and the products that they are interested in exporting

Booth rates

Standard Space: US$ 3,375 (10' x 10' booth)
Corner space: US$ 4,175 (10' x 10' booth)

The space rentals entitles the exhibitor
to space only, 8' back wall of drape
and 3' side rail also of drape,
and (1) 7" x 44" identification sign.

Any other booth structure or furniture is responsibility of the exhibiting company.
All booths have the same size, 10' x 10'
(3,048 meters x 3,048 meters).
