How do I get started on the application process?
Thoroughly review the Exhibit Guidelines, Rules and Regulations for a full disclosure of all exhibiting standards, booth fees, booth configurations, and exhibition rules and regulations. Then use the online floor plan to review available booth space.

- An original, signed copy of the application
- Valid Certificate of Insurance
- If applicable, a valid FDA 501(k) form
- Product literature describing the product or service to be exhibited and any clinical studies which describe the performance of the product or service (if new exhibitor).
What is the cost for a 10' x 10' booth?
Each 10' x 10' space is $4,350.
Corner booth spaces are $5,300.
Aisle space must be purchased to create an island booth (open on all four sides).
Aisle space is $4,350 per 10' x 10' space.
