You can build up your virtual booth or we can do that for you according to your needs, within the possibilities featured in
our DEMO that are further developed in the User Guide.
This is a guide to set up and run your virtual booth.
Once you have booked the virtual booth space of your choice, you will
receive a password to access the reserved area with the basic set up scheme.
Your virtual booth can be presented to the market in the language of your
choice, according to the area of the world market you wish to target:
English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish.
Once you have chosen the language of your interest, you have two options:
1.- complete the following data for the ones you wish to submit to the market;
2.- send us the same information by mail and/or by email.
Keep in mind that certain information is a must, such as complete address, staff, product lines manufactured and/or exported, etc.
Your Company's virtual booth will be featured in the "Exhibitors by Meeting", "Exhibitor List",
"Exhibitors by Product " and additionally highlighted through
different banners.
Each feature will be directly linked to your company information chart.
It is the main entrance to your virtual booth with basic information on
your product range exported and/or imported, booth staff, international
contacts requested, etc. Prospective clients can also send you an e-mail,
ask for catalog/additional information, link to your site, obtain more
detailed company profile and information on the product line (s) displayed
in your virtual booth.
The virtual booth will expand your visibility to potential customers,
promote your presence at the most important exhibitions, advertise your
product range and generate more traffic to your website.

3.- COMPANY PROFILE: To further advertise your Company’s
presence on the market, you can develop your Company Profile with
one photo illustrating, for example, your headquarters, factory, offices,
etc., and accompanied by a text of no more than one hundred-one hundred
and twenty (100-120) words. This Company Profile should inform the
market on your Company’s main features, and/or your product line(s),
and/or technology, etc., and will be presented in this way with your
Company banner on the top. Maximum file weight, 50 Kb.
4.- PRODUCTS DISPLAYED: To present your product lines,
advertise and/or market them through your virtual booth at the
MARKETPLACE EXHIBITION ONLINE,
you will have to follow these instructions:
4.1.- The maximum number of the product line(s) you can display depends
on your virtual booth size. Example: if you rent a booth of
three (3) product lines, the number of them you can exhibit and/or market
is from one (1) to two (2) but not four (4);
4.2.- It means that you can use your virtual booth to introduce, and/or
advertise and/or market one (1), two (2) or maximum three (3) different
product lines as indicated in the above example;
4.3.- In case you wish to introduce only one (1) product line, you can
do it through three (3) different photos, each one followed by the title
and text that not exceeds one hundred-one hundred and twenty (100-120)
words. It should provide technical specifications, information on accessories,
special offers and prices, and all details you consider necessary for
accomplishing your marketing goal, i.e., to introduce your new product
line to the market, advertise and/or sell it.
4.4.- In case you wish to introduce three (3) different product lines,
you can do it through their respective product information, each one with
a photo, title and text that not exceeds one hundred-one hundred and twenty
(100-120) words. They should provide product category information, technical
specifications, information on accessories, special offers and prices,
and all the details you consider necessary for accomplishing your marketing
goal.
4.5.- Whatever option you choose, your product line information should
not exceed 60 Kb and will be featured like this:
4.6.- Whatever option you choose, the photos of your
product line(s) displayed at your virtual booth will be shown all
together, thus offering the possibility of viewing your entire offer...
...and more information could be obtained by clicking
on each one of them.

5.- HOW DOES YOUR COMPANY FEATURE IN THE MARKETPLACE EXHIBITION ONLINE:
Your Company’s presence will be indicated in the Exhibitor
List and highlighted in the Main Page, where your Company will
be given one (1) free of charge banner of 120 x 30 pixels, 12 Kb maximum
weight.
This banner will be directly linked to your virtual booth.
6.- HOW DOES YOUR DISPLAYED PRODUCT LINE(S) FEATURE
IN THE MARKETPLACE EXHIBITION ONLINE: The product line(s) you want to introduce,
advertise and/or market at your virtual booth will be classified and featured
in the Exhibitor by Products section, reinforcing your Company’s
exposure in the MARKETPLACE.
